A server in your office that it all runs on. Your drawings, bids and records stay there, and your people can reach them from the shop, the trailer or home.
If the computers, network or backups need work before any of that, I handle it.

Bids, jobs, POs, receiving, QC logs and billing in one place, with drawings and takeoff right there too. It's the work I do every day.
General contractors
Your own setup built on Citadel. Bids, drawings, RFIs, submittals, dailies, contracts and your subs, on your server.
Shops running on spreadsheets
If the job lives in a folder of spreadsheets and somebody's memory, that's usually where I start.
How it works
You get a price before I install anything, and it doesn't move.
- We talkTell me how the office runs and what's slowing you down. I look at the forms and files you already use, then come back with what I'd build and what it costs.
- I set it up on your serverThe software goes on a machine you own. I bring your people and old records over, then run a few of your own jobs through it with your crew.
- I keep it runningOn a care plan I keep it updated and backed up, and the backups are encrypted. Ask and I'll tell you exactly what that involves. Without a care plan, nothing leaves your building.

Most offices set View up themselves in an afternoon. If you'd rather I did it, I quote it per office, from $1,500.
Setup
I install the Office server on your hardware, set up your people, and make sure every seat finds it.
Bringing your files over
Your existing tool chests and marked-up sets come across. I check that the columns and unit weights match, then run a job you already priced and put the numbers side by side.
Training
A working session with your estimators and PMs, on your own drawings, not a canned demo set.
Custom checks
Rules written for your office. Flag a sheet with no scale set, or a member that never made it onto the takeoff. A check only ever runs on your machines.
Hooking programs together
I connect your programs through their APIs, so quantities land where they need to without anybody typing them twice.
What it costs
I quote it before any work starts, and the number doesn't move afterward.
