Arc Valley was running jobs the way most GCs do: email, spreadsheets, shared folders and a lot of phone calls. I built them one app that runs the whole thing, on their own server.
Their office tracks bids, RFIs, submittals, change orders and contracts in one place. Their subs and architects get their own portal: they see their drawings, answer RFIs, send submittals and sign their contracts, and they only ever see their own work. Reminders go out on their own when something's sitting too long.

I know the work. This all started in a steel estimator's office in Pueblo. I build for job sites and shop floors because that's where I come from.
