The payment went through. I sign the licence file by hand, on the machine the key lives on, and email it to the administrator's address you gave at checkout. Usually within the hour, always within a business day.

Nothing waits on me. Install the Office server and it runs with every feature free for 30 days from the first time it starts, for any number of people. When the file arrives, an administrator adds it under Studio → Office → License → Add license file, and that's the end of it.
The file is checked on your own server, offline. Nothing about your office, your drawings or your people is sent to me, then or afterwards.
While you wait
Install Excalibur View on each person's computer. It installs for that person without an administrator and finds the office server by itself.
Bring your tool chests across: load a .bpx profile or a .btx tool set once and it keeps them in its own format from then on.
